A Tree Constraints / Developable Area Plan may save you money in the long term showing proper consideration for tree retention and integration as part of the design process.  A one off investment in such a plan would mean that the need for our involvement in the scheme would be minimal and avoid costly amendments to designs following tree related concerns from the LA.
